Feature 1: Old Montreal: We visit the former home of the prominent Canadian newspaper, Le Devoir. To retain the proud history of the building, the owner of this loft kept all the original doors and windows and recycled the original wood into everything from from floors to countertops.
Feature 2: Pie IX: This loft owner likes to see life from many angles. The design of his three-storey loft allows him to practice this idea from rooms and stairways at various levels throughout his space.
Lifestyle: St.Jean sur Richelieu: This loft reflects the owner’s journey to Antigua, where she fell in love with the colours - vibrant blues and greens. This lively Caribbean oasis is a refreshing departure during those cold winters.

 

 

EPISODE 509 - Atlanta, GA

Feature 1:Peters St.: A polished design that masterfully brings the outdoors in. Originally a cold and uninviting space, it was transformed into a loft of, light, space and movement.
Feature 2: Peters St.: These loft owners inherited the original freight elevator from this former department store. No longer used for its original purpose, it now houses a well stocked bar, and music library.
Feature 3: Marietta St.: This loft combines colour with antique furnishings to create a space with life, balance and harmony. Antique area rugs flank a red accent wall, while abundant greenery reflects off a mirrored wall.

 

EPISODE 510 - Vancouver, BC

Feature 1: Gastown: Lighting is key in this loft. More than 600 lights create various moods, depending on the occasion. The sleek, compact kitchen features an island counter top of unique blue rock
Feature 2:Mount Pleasant: A loft where the owners have worked hard to maintain the vaulting beauty of a former church. Massive ceilings, large concrete beams, and natural light are reminders of its spiritual past.

Feature 2: Old Montreal: This loft is home to the owner of a small hotel. His loft is in the attic of his building where vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and stone accents create a very cozy living space.
Lifestyle: Rue du Havre: This loft is home to an artist whose colourful artistic style is reflected in the loft’s design elements.

Feature 1: Camden: An expansive loft designed especially for entertaining. The minimalist decor reflects the owner’s taste.
Feature 2: Kennington: Our second feature is a cozy loft in a converted Victorian school that uses warm wood and brick accents to create the feeling of a country cottage.
