This first space is a uniquely proportioned loft filled with clever concepts and contrasting shapes, it's owners utilized it's small size to the max. Our second feature is a meeting place of twisted, spiraling steel and colours that come out of the pages of a comic book. Our last feature feels like a home in Tuscany with it’s dramatic arches, rich fabrics, and faux painted floors.

EPISODE 402 - Seattle - Pike / Belltown

Our first loft is truly one of a kind. The innovative design and unique detailing give the space a contemporary feel with a marine twist. In contrast, our second space has a country cottage flavour that includes some unique touches like the crow’s nest for the grand piano and the medicine supply cabinets for storage. Our third space is a simple design with a raw textural feel and includes some very distinctive design ideas.

EPISODE 403 - Toronto - Fashion District / Cabbagetown

On this episode we visit a loft with a modern take on classical designs, a true renaissance oasis. Then, a simple and peaceful space with clean lines and circular shapes. And finally, an eclectic and flamboyant space that draws you into the life and passion of it's owner - photography, furniture and coffee.

EPISODE 404 - Vancouver - West End / Mount Pleasant

Our first feature is every bit an artist’s loft. This dramatic space allows for complete creativity, and boasts a spectacular view of the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Our second feature is a simple classic space with an outstanding original feature – an enormous wall to ceiling gothic-like window. The owner of our third loft is a real do-it-yourselfer who built almost everything in her loft. The space includes faux tile floors, exposed metal flutes, custom furniture and an exposed claw foot tub in the bedroom.

EPISODE 405 - Denver - Flour Mill Lofts

In this episode we visit the Flour Mill Lofts. First, a penthouse loft where natural elements combined with a touch of Italy create a spectacular city oasis. Then, a graceful space full of curves, carefully planned symmetry and a spectacular kitchen. Our third loft is a funky 4000 sq. foot space that’s home to one of Denver’s premiere loft specialists.

EPISODE 406 - Seattle - Belltown / Downtown

First we visit a sophisticated, contemporary space with a subtle Asian influence. It includes an unconventional staircase that doubles as a bookshelf. Then, a former music hall in downtown Seattle that boasts grand palace features like ornate plaster detailing and an original pyramid shape skylight. Our final space is a well thought out, stylish loft that includes a tree house like bedroom and office.

EPISODE 407 - Denver - Lodo Lofts

The three lofts in this episode are all located in lower downtown Denver - better known as Lodo. Our first feature is an elegant loft where the right shapes, colours, fabrics and lighting allow the owners to enjoy their extensive art collection without turning their home into an art gallery. A former horse and streetcar stable is home to our second feature. It’s a traditional looking loft full of rich cherry wood and includes a touch of Denver nostalgia. Our third loft has an interesting shape that offers a little bit of everything for it’s owner.
